These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LeadEmpire (leadempire.io), operated by IOWEB3 Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LeadEmpire helps agencies and freelancers discover local business leads, score them with AI, generate demo websites, and send outreach emails. Lead data is sourced from publicly available information (e.g. Google Maps listings).

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• One account per user unless otherwise agreed under an Agency/Team plan.

3. Plans, Billing & Trials

• The Free Trial provides limited access (leads, demo sites, emails, and AI chats) for 7 days.
• Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Agency) are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a fixed monthly usage limit as described on the Pricing page. Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
• Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing disputes and cancellations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or violate applicable anti-spam laws.
• Attempt to circumvent plan usage limits or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use scraped lead data for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or redistribute LeadEmpire's data or generated demo sites as a standalone product without authorization.

5. Demo Sites & Generated Content

Demo websites generated by LeadEmpire are provided as sales/marketing aids for you to show prospective clients. They are hosted temporarily and are not guaranteed for permanent production use.

6. Intellectual Property

The LeadEmpire platform, branding, and software are the property of IOWEB3 Technologies. You retain ownership of the leads and outreach content you generate through your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of scraped business data or AI-generated scores/content. IOWEB3 Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including abusive scraping behavior or non-payment.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
