LeadEmpire ("we", "us", "our") is a product of IOWEB3 Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use leadempire.io and our dashboard application (together, the "Service").

- Account information: name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you sign up.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
- Usage data: searches, leads generated, demo sites built, and emails sent through the Service, used to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
- Business lead data: publicly available business information (name, address, phone, website, ratings) that you request us to gather via Google Maps search on your behalf.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription plan.
- To send you service-related emails (billing, support, product updates).
- To improve our AI scoring, demo generation, and outreach features.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to run LeadEmpire, including:
- Cashfree Payments — for payment processing.
- Google Maps Platform — for lead discovery.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — for AI scoring, content generation, and the AI Assistant.
- Resend — for transactional and outreach email delivery.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted passwords and HTTPS, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing sales@ioweb3.io.
